Now we're cookin' with Båbø!

Our good friend, Doctor Dan Daniels, author of the polarizing but always-interesting Eat Less, Move More, provided a lovely forward to the first edition of Cookin' with Båbø, and now that we are on the web we felt it would be best to share his forward again here:

Foreword

Imagine my joy upon being asked to provide this foreword to Båbø's treatise on cookin'. After having researched healthy livin' for more than a quarter century, colleagues know I am a huge advocate of eating less. And, after having tried many of the recipes in this goldmine of a recipe book, I can assure you that if I needed to survive only on the co-opted and plagiarized recipes in this book, I would most certainly EAT LESS.
