A Goof on 1970's Detective Shows
Featuring the unlikely trio of the Pope, the Chimp, and the Robot — "They're Detectives!" is our loving goof on the classic 1970's detective show format.
The concept was derived from a stand-up comic we'd seen years ago — a very funny skit featuring only the Pope and the Chimp (which was actually a cleaner joke). We figured adding a Robot could only make things better. Or worse. Either way, it's exactly the kind of thing we do here.
